姜黄素微乳的研制及其性质研究

摘    要: 目的 研制姜黄素微乳制剂,并对其性质进行研究。方法 采用伪三元相图法进行处方筛选,并考察了微乳液的黏度、 电导率、折光、粒径、对药物的增溶作用以及初步稳定性。结果 制备的姜黄素微乳液为澄清透明的液体,透射电镜下观察为 球状液滴,平均粒径在50 nm;影响因素实验表明该微乳制剂应在室温避光条件下保存。结论 姜黄素微乳制备简单,性质稳 定,可显著增加姜黄素在水中的溶解度。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the preparation and characteristics of curcumin microemulsion. METHOD The formulations of the curcumin microemulsion were optimized by studying the pseudoternary phase diagrams, the viscosity, electric conductivity, refraction, particle size and stability of microemulsion. RESULTS The microelusion was a kind of clarity solution and it presented as small spherical drops under electron microscopy, with the average diameter of about 50 nm. The test of influencing factors indicated that the curcumin microemulsion should be preserved at room temperature and avoided light. CONCLUSION Curcumin microemulsion is easy to prepare and it can improve the solubility of curcumin evidently.
