乳腺囊性增生病手术治疗15例临床分析

目的　探讨乳腺囊性增生病的最佳手术治疗方式。方法　对 15例双侧乳腺囊性增生病的患者经乳晕边缘上方或下方切口行皮下乳腺腺体全切除 ,并即时予硅胶囊假体胸大肌后植入行乳房整复术。结果　 15例患者切口均甲级愈合 ,经随访半年～ 3年 ,双侧乳房对称 ,外形美观 ,手感良好 ,乳晕边缘切口瘢痕不明显 ,患者满意。结论　该术式操作简便易行 ,切口瘢痕不明显 ,在去除病变的同时 ,恢复了乳房外形 ,是一种易为患者接受的手术方式。

Operative treatment for cystic hyperplasia of breast

Objective To search for a best operative treatment for cystic hyperplasia of breast. Methods 15 patients with bilateral cystic hyperplasia of breast had received subcutaneous radical mastectomy through incision in superior or inferior border of areola mammas, at the same time they were given the breast reconstruction by implantation of silicone capsule prosthesis in posterior greater pectoral muscle. Results Incisions in 15 were healed first rate. Follow-up of half a year to three years showed that bilateral mammas were symmetrical with beautiful contour, the incision scars were concealed, so the results were satisfactory. Conclusions This kind of surgery method was simple to be done, the incision scars were concealed, and the contour of the breast was recovered while the lesions were cut out. It was a kind of operative treatment for patients to accept at ease.
