| 摘 要： | 如何做好新时期的宣传思想工作,是我们思想政治工作者所面临的新课题.宣传思想工作的动力在于创新,活力在于创新.本文在论述宣传思想工作创新的含义及重要意义的基础上,结合本单位实际从观念创新体现宣传思想工作的时代性;内容创新体现宣传思想工作的针对性;方法创新增强宣传思想工作的实效性几个方面论述了对医院宣传思想工作创新的实践与探索.

| Abstract: | How to conduct educational and ideological activities in new era is a new topic for the workers involved in educational andideological activities. Innovation is the motivation and vitality for educational and ideological activities. Based on the new contents of innovationand important meanings of educational and ideological activities as well as the practice of the unit, the article discusses the ideological innovationfor educational and ideological activities in hospital in several aspects: the ideological innovation characteristics of era for educational andideological activities; the aims for content innovation characteristics for educational and ideological activities; methodological innovationcharacteristics of effectiveness for educational and ideological activities. |
