乳腺增生病中医辨证分型与性激素量变的关系

目的：观察乳腺增生症中医辨证分型与性激素量变的关系。方法：420例乳腺增生症患者中医辨证为肝郁气滞证、痰瘀凝结证和冲任不和证3型，通过放射免疫法测定患者静脉血的雌二醇（Estradiol，E2）、孕酮（Progesterone，P）和睾酮（Testosterone，T）含量。结果：健康对照组与3证型组间血清雌二醇、孕酮与睾酮水平有一定差异，雌二醇水平在3证组都有不同程度的增高，孕酮水平随肝郁气滞证组、痰瘀凝结证组和冲任不和证组顺序降低，睾酮水平则随以上顺序提高。性激素比值也随以上顺序升降，组间有统计学差异（P〈0．05—0．001）。结论：乳腺增生症及其中医辨证分型与雌激素水平升高和性激素紊乱有关。

Relationship between TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Cyclomastopathy and Hormonal Quantitative Changes

Objective To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and.typing of cyclomastopathy and hormonal quantitative changes Methods Radioimmunoassay was adopted to dctermine the serum levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T)in venous blood of 420 patients with cyclomastopathy who were diagnosed and typed in TCM syndrome into three groups-stagnation of livcr-encrgy,Phlegm stasis and impairment of Chong ang Ron channels.Results There were certain differences in quantitative changcs of serum E2,P and T between those in healthy control group,stagnation of liver-energy group,phlegm stasis group and impairment of Chong and Ren channels group.The E2 levels in stagnation of liver-energy group,phlegm stasis group and impairment of Chongand Ren channels group increased,progesterone levels decreased successively in stagnation of liver-energy group,phlegm stasis group and impairment of Chong and Ren channels group,while the testosterone levels increased in the same sequence.The ratio of hormone increase or decrease in the above sequence with statistical significant differences between the groups(P<0.05-0.001).Conclusion Cyclomastopathy and its TCM differentiation of syndrome typing is related to the increase in female hormone levels and hormonal disorders.
