| 摘 要： | 目的 应用循证医学强调获取最佳证据的思维模式,研究分析医学期刊文献中常见的缺陷及错误。方法 手检5种口腔医学杂志,统计分析应用统计学知识的情况。结果 1995年较1989年发表的临床试验论文应用统计学知识明显增加(P<0.01),但在应用统计学的方法上仍存在较多问题。结论 医学期刊临床试验论文存在的问题较普遍,尤其是应用统计学知识的问题,应引起注意。

| Abstract: | By using the thinking pattern to obtain optimal evidence emphasized by EBM,especially the application of statistics,the author suggests that medical journals should be the major source of the evidences of evidence-based medicine and the quality of the journal is the main factor for the obtainment of evidences. |
