护理干预对胃癌患者不确定感的影响

目的探讨系统化的护理干预对胃癌手术患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法选择2009年2月至2010年3月在我院肿瘤科住院手术治疗的胃癌患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,采用住院患者疾病不确定感量表（MUIS）分别在入院后2天、术后12天对患者收集资料。对照组进行常规护理,实验组在此基础上进行认知-心理-社会支持系统为基础的系统化护理干预。结果护理干预前两组的疾病不确定感水平均较高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理干预后（术后12天）两组的不确定感程度均有改善,且实验组疾病不确定感的下降幅度明显高于对照组（P〈0.001）。结论对进行手术的胃癌患者进行系统化的护理干预可以明显降低疾病不确定感,提高胃癌患者的生活质量。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Disease Uncertainty Feeling of Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the influence of systematic nursing intervention on disease uncertainty feeling of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer selected in the oncology department of our hospital from February 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group（n=30） and control group（n=30）,the datas of patients were gathered by MUIS 2 days after admission,12 days after operation,respectively.The control group was given routine nursing,and on the basis of routine nuring the experimental group was given the systematic nursing intervention based on cognition-psychological-mental system.Results Before intervention,in the two groups the medical uncertainty had a high level,but there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.After nursing intervention,the degree of uncertainty in both groups had improved,and the decrease amplitude of disease uncertainty in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.001）.Conclusion It is concluded that nursing intervention can effectively decrease uncertainty and increase quality of life in gastric cancer patients.
