| 摘 要： | 用1％过氧戊二酸和0.2％稳定剂溶液浸制的无纺布消毒巾,有良好的杀菌作用。消毒巾封于塑料袋内放置184天,对染有大肠杆菌的碗、筷与手消毒,仍可使杀灭率达99.9％以上。

| Abstract: | A disinfectant was prepared by addition of 0.2% stabilizer into 1% perglutaric acid. It could kill completely the spores of Bacillus anthracoides after contact for 60min and destroy HBsAg in 10min. After twofold dilution, the disinfectant could still kill completely Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus albus in 5min. When the unwoven fabric (20×15cm) impregnated with the disinfectant was used to wipe the tableware or hand, 99.99% of E. coli could be killed in 2min. When the disinfection tissue made of the impregnated unwoven fabric was sealed in plastic envelope, it could maintain excellent killing effect on E. coli after storage for 184 days at room temperature. |
