摘    要:目的:讨论护理服务流程在临床护理工作中的应用及效果。方法:细化护理服务程序,狠抓护理质量,实行人文关怀。结果:患者满意度提高,投诉减少。结论:优质的护理服务能很好的满足患者的需求,减少护患矛盾和患者的投诉。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application and effects of nursing service flow during the course of the clinic nursing works.Methods:Be more careful courses of the nursing service and high quality service as well as sound emotional carelessness.Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients raised and the complaint lowered.Conclusions:High quality nursing service can greatly satisfy the patients' needs,prevent the arguments between the hospital and the patients,and lower the patients' complaint.
