Ⅲ期非小细胞型肺癌手术治疗体会(附31例报告)

以手术治疗为主的综合疗法治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞型肺癌 3 1例。术后 1个月死亡 1例 ,病死率为 3 .3 % ,术后并发症2例 ,占 6.45 % ,随访 1～ 3年 ,3年生存率 2 8.6%。认为手术治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞型肺癌 ,只要严格掌握手术适应证、正确选择术式、估计好淋巴结清扫及气管切除范围 ,做好围术期处理 ,术后于获得较长的生存期 ,手术死亡率及术后并发症不高。

Experience of Operative Treatment on Tertiary Carcinoma of Non-small Cell Lung: Report of 31 Cases

Combined treatment, operation in the main, was performed on 31 patients with tertiary carcinoma of non-small cell lung. 1 patient died one month after operation, with death rate of 3.3%. 2 patients suffered from complicating disease after operation, 6.45%. Follow-up survey was done from one to three years, and survival rate within three years was 28.6%. It is suggested that a fairly long survival time, lower death rate and complication after operation can be achieved as long as the following are accomplished: the operative indications are under control completely; the operative methods are chosen correctly; the range of lymphaden clearing and trachea removal are evaluated properly; the treatment in intraoperative period is done well.
