白内障患者围手术期优质护理效果观察

目的探讨白内障患者手术期采取优质护理对临床疗效及患者自理能力的影响。方法选择2017年10月-2018年10月在本院治疗的白内障患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,比较2组患者术后临床疗效、自理能力及焦虑情况。结果观察组患者临床有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.175,P<0.05);观察组患者自理能力评分为(82.13±8.11)分,高于对照组的(73.59±12.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.789,P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.266,P<0.05)。结论白内障围手术期患者采取优质护理利于提高患者自理能力,改善焦虑情绪,应用效果显著。

Effect of perioperative quality nursing care on patients with cataract

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative quality nursing care on patients with cataract and self-care ability of them. Methods A total of 88 cataract patients treated in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing and the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the routine nursing, and the clinical effect, self-care ability and anxiety were investigated and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than that (77.27%) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.175, P<0.05); the self-care ability score of the observation group was (82.13±8.11) points, which was higher than that (73.59±12.56) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.789, P<0.05); the degree of anxiety of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (Z=4.266,P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing care in perioperative cataract patients is beneficial to improve their self-care abilities and anxieties.
