全程人文关怀护理在腹腔镜手术室患者中的应用

目的分析全程人文关怀护理在腹腔镜手术室患者的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月-2018年5月本科室需进行腹腔镜手术患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机分为对照组和观察组(各53例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上施行全程文化关怀护理。比较2组患者术后相关指标、焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间、拔管时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间与对照组相比明显缩短(P<0.05);干预前,2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但2组干预前焦虑、抑郁评分均明显高于同组干预后(P<0.05),干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿路感染、发热、肺部感染以及呕心呕吐等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(20.75%vs 47.17%,P<0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜手术室患者全程人文关怀护理能够缩短手术时间,促进术后恢复,降低术后患者焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,并能够明显降低术后并发症发生情况,值得推广应用。

Application of whole course humanistic care nursing in patients receiving laparoscopic operation

Objective To evaluate the effect of wholecourse humanistic care nursing in the patients receiving laparoscopic operation. Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (53 cases each). The control group was given the routine nursing, while the observation group was given the whole process of cultural care on the basis of the routine nursing. The related indexes, anxiety and depression scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, anal exhaust time, extubation time, time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before the intervention, in the scores of anxiety and depression, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), but the scores of anxiety and depression before the intervention were significantly higher than those after the intervention in the same group of the two groups (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety anddepression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications, such as urinary tract infection, fever, pulmonary infection, and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.75% vs 47.17%, P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients receiving the laparoscopic operation, the whole course humanistic care nursing can shorten the operation time promote postoperative recovery, reduce the anxiety, depression, and the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients. Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
