摘    要:DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)是哺乳动物基因组表观遗传修饰中DNA甲基化的关键基因,其编码的蛋白是一种分子量大且功能复杂的酶,具有多种调控功能,参与机体发育过程中干细胞生长、细胞增殖、器官发育、衰老和肿瘤发生等多个生物学过程。本文将对DNMT1基因的结构与分子作用机制进行介绍,并总结其表达调控、生物学功能及其与肿瘤等人类疾病相关的研究进展。

Abstract:DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) is a key gene for DNA methylation in epigenetic modification of mammalian genomes.It's encoded protein is a large molecular weight and complex enzyme,and it is involved in many biological processes such as stem cell growth,cell proliferation,organ development,aging and tumorigenesis during body development.This article will introduce the structure and molecular mechanism of DNMT1 gene,and summarize its research progress on expression regulation,biological function and its relationship with tumor and other human diseases.
