延续性护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果及价值分析

目的分析延续性护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果及价值。方法将2015年1月—2017年1月在本院进行医治的76例青光眼患者作为本次研究对象,依据计算机表法将所有患者分为实施常规出院指导的参照组和实施延续性护理的研究组各38例;比较2组患者的护理效果,探讨延续性护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果及价值。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为97.37%、眼压控制优良率为94.74%,分别高于参照组的76.31%和71.05%;再入院率为5.26%,低于参照组患者的28.95%。研究组患者的护理依从性、负性情绪评分、青光眼相关知识知晓程度评分分别为(48.65±3.18)分、(31.45±3.01)分、(92.94±3.41)分,其分别优于参照组的(30.11±3.57)分、(47.60±2.96)分、(82.66±7.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延续性护理可有效改善患者的再入院率,降低患者负性情绪,提高护理效果,在临床中具有一定的应用价值。

Application effect and value analysis of continuous nursing in patients with glaucoma

Objective To investigate the application effect and value of continuous nursing in glaucoma patients. Methods A total of 76 glaucoma patients were selected as the research objects in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017, and all the patients were divided into a routine discharge guidance control group (n=38), and a continuous nursing trial group (n=38) by the computer table method, and the application effects and values were compared between two groups. Results In the trial group, the nursing satisfactory rate was 97.37%, the distinguished achiever rate of intraocular pressure (IOP) was 94.74%, and both were higher than those in the control group (76.31% and 71.05, respectively). The readmission rate in the trail group was 5.26%, which was lower than that in the control group (28.95%). In the trial group, the scores of nursing compliance, negative emotion, glaucoma related knowledge awareness level were (48.65±3.18), (31.45±3.01), (92.94±3.41), respectively, which were higher than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The continuous nursing can effectively improve the readmission rate of patients, reduce patients' negative emotions, and improve the nursing effect, which has a certain application value in the clinical practice.
