星状神经节阻滞联合替吉奥胶囊在晚期消化道肿瘤中的临床应用

目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞联合替吉奥胶囊在晚期消化道肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2018年1月收治的80例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组（各40例）。对照组给予替吉奥胶囊和吗啡缓释片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合星状神经节阻滞镇痛治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、生活质量简表（WHOQOL-BREF）评分及吗啡使用量、镇痛持续时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后环境、社会关系、生理、心理生活质量各维度评分均高于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组环境、社会关系、生理、心理生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组吗啡使用量明显少于对照组，镇痛持续时间明显长于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率（20.00％）低于对照组（50.00％,P<0.05）。结论:星状神经节阻滞联合替吉奥胶囊可有效的缓解晚期消化道肿瘤患者疼痛，提高其生活质量，减少吗啡缓释片的用量及其所引起的不良反应。

Clinical application of stellate ganglion block combined with S-1 capsule in advanced digestive tract cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of stellate ganglion block combined with S-1 capsule in patients with advanced digestive tract cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced digestive tract cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group (40 cases in each group).The control group was given S-1 capsule and morphine sustained release tablets，and the observation group was combined with stellate ganglion block analgesia on the basis of the control group.The scores of VAS，quality of life summary sheet (WHOQOL-BREF) score and morphine consumption，duration of analgesia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment，the scores of VAS in the two groups were all lower than that before the treatment (P<0.05)，and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of the environmental，social，physiological and psychological quality of life were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05).The scores of the environment，social relations，physiological and psychological quality in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The use of morphine in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group，and the duration of analgesia was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (20.0%) was lower than that of the control group (50.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Stellate ganglion block combined with S-1 capsule can effectively relieve pain in patients with advanced digestive tract tumor，improve the quality of life，reduce the dosage of morphine sustained-release tablets and the adverse reactions caused by it.
