心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后康复及心理状态的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后康复的疗效及其治疗后患者心理状态的影响。方法 2016年3月-2017年4月在本院接受乳腺癌手术治疗的76例患者,通过数字表法随机将其平均分成2组,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用心理护理干预。对比观察2组患者心理状态、治疗依从性以及生活质量的变化情况。结果护理干预前2组患者的抑郁和焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预完成后均得到降低,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预过程中,研究组和对照组患者的治疗依从率分别为94.7%、76.3%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者在护理干预前的各项生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组的生活质量评分较护理前均有所提高,且研究组的提高幅度比对照组大(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论心理护理干预能排解乳腺癌术后患者的不良情绪,使患者的治疗依从性得到提高,对于提高治疗效果以及促进患者康复有着非常积极的作用。

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and psychological status of breast cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and psychological statusof breast cancer patients. Methods From March 2016 to April 2017, 76 patients who received surgical treatment for breast cancer in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method. A control group (38 cases) was treated with the routine nursing intervention, and a study group (38 cases) was treated with psychological nursing intervention. The changes of psychological status, therapeutic compliance and quality of life of the patients were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results Before the interventions, the scores of depression and anxiety of the patients in the two groups were similar (P>0.05), and after the intervention, the scores decreased in both groups, but the score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the course of nursing intervention, the compliance rate of the patients in the study group was 94.7%, and the compliance rate of the patients in the control group was 76.3%, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Before the nursing intervention, the scores of the quality of life in the two groups were similar (P>0.05), and after the nursing intervention, the scores of the quality of life in the two groups increased, but the increased range in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention can relieve the bad emotion of the patients after breast cancer operation and improve the compliance of the patients. It plays a very positive role in improving the therapeutic effect and promoting the rehabilitation of the patients.
