高校离退休糖尿病职工护理干预效果分析

目的 高校离退休糖尿病职工护理干预分析。方法 选定高校离退休职工中患2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。选定的这60例患者参加每月1次的健康教育,观察组在此基础上每两周实施1次护理干预。本项研究自2017年5月—2018年5月实施,对比2组患者护理干预前后血糖的控制及其满意度的调查分析情况。结果 观察组的血糖控制要比对照组的理想,满意度的各项调查也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一年来的护理干预,提高了高校离退休职工糖尿病患者对疾病治疗和护理的依从性,血糖控制明显,得到患者认可,具有积极的意义。

Effect of nursing intervention on diabetes patients in university retired workers

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes patients in university retired workers. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in university retired workers were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group (30 cases each group). From May 2017 to May 2018, all the patients received health education once a month, and based on that, the patients in the observation group received the nursing intervention every two weeks. Before and after the nursing intervention, the blood glucose control and satisfaction of the patients were investigated and compared between two groups. Results The blood glucose control of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the patients in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group in each survey was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention in the past one year has improved the compliance of diabetes patients in the treatment and care of diseases, and the blood glucose control is obvious, which is recognized by patients and has positive significance.
