舒适护理在老年慢性胆囊炎患者急性发作围手术期中的应用

目的探究舒适护理在老年慢性胆囊炎患者急性发作围手术期护理中的应用。方法挑选于本院行手术治疗的慢性胆囊炎急性发作老年患者76例,经不同护理方式分成对照组和实验组,各组均38例,分别应用常规护理和舒适护理,对比2组患者护理效果。结果实验组患者术中出血量、引流时间、手术时间和住院时间等明显优于对照组,而术后并发症发生率(5.26%)明显低于对照组(23.68%,P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性胆囊炎患者急性发作围手术期护理中应用舒适护理,有助于缩短患者手术时间和引流时间,降低术后并发症发生率。

Application of comfortablenursing in perioperative period of chronic cholecystitis elderly patients with acute attack

Objective To explore the application of comfortablenursing in perioperative period of chronic cholecystitis elderly patients with acute attack. Methods A total of 76 chronic cholecystitiselderly inpatients with acute onset and receiving surgical treatment were selected as research objects, and they divided into a control group and an experimental group with 38 cases in each group. The inpatients in the control group were given the routine nursing and the inpatients in the experimental group were given the comfortable nursing. The nursing effects were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, drainage time, operation time and hospital stay of the inpatients in the experimental group were superior to those of the inpatients in the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 5.26%, which was lower than that (23.68%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortablenursing in perioperative period of chronic cholecystitis elderly patients with acute attack can be contributed in shortening the operation time and drainage time, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
