放疗前后规范化心理护理干预对头颈部肿瘤患者负性情绪的调节作用

目的:探讨放疗前后规范化心理护理干预对头颈部肿瘤患者负性情绪的调节作用。方法:以2016年3月至2018年3月四川大学华西医院头颈部肿瘤科收治的头颈部肿瘤患者86例为研究对象，其中将2016年3月至2017年3月期间收治的42例患者作为对照组，2017年4月至2018年3月期间收治的44例患者作为研究组。研究组患者在常规护理基础上采用规范化的心理护理干预。比较两组患者入院后24 h、出院前24 h、出院后3个月负性情绪的得分情况。结果:研究组患者出院前24 h心理状态总得分显著降低（P＜0.05）。研究组患者出院后3个月焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、总得分均显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论:有针对性的、规范化的心理护理干预能有效改善头颈部肿瘤患者的负性情绪，这为临床中头颈部肿瘤患者的护理工作提供了新的思路。

Effect of standardized psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion regulation in patients with head and neck cancer before and after radiotherapy

Objective:To explore the role of standardized psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of negative emotion in patients with head and neck cancer before and after radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with head and neck cancer admitted to the department of head and neck oncology,West China Hospital,Sichuan University from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Forty-two patients admitted between March 2016 and March 2017 were selected as the control group.Forty-four patients admitted between April 2017 and March 2018 served as the study group.Patients in the study group used standardized psychological nursing intervention based on routine care.The scores of negative emotion were compared between the two groups at 24 hours after admission,24 hours before discharge and 3 months after discharge.Results:The total mental state score was significantly lower in study group at 24 hours before discharge (P＜0.05).The anxiety score,depression score,anger score and total score of the study group were significantly decreased after discharge about 3 months (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted and standardized psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with head and neck cancer,which provides a new idea for the nursing work of patients with head and neck cancer in the clinic.
