低温等离子射频消融治疗学龄前儿童腺样体肥大的围手术期护理效果观察

目的 研究低温等离子射频消融治疗小儿腺样体肥大的围手术期护理效果。方法 选择本院于2017年3月—2018年2月收治的88例小儿腺样体肥大患儿进行调查研究,为患儿及其家属进行心理护理干预,强化患儿的一般护理,密切观察患儿围术期相关数据指标,同时护理人员做好患儿的饮食护理干预、口腔护理干预和疼痛护理干预。观察患儿术后恢复情况和并发症情况。结果 88例小儿腺样体肥大患儿术后恢复状况良好,没有任何护理并发症。结论 小儿腺样体肥大患儿通过采用低温等离子射频消融治疗并对患儿在围手术期进行护理,能够帮助患儿顺利完成手术,并且降低患儿的临床症状,减轻患儿痛苦,可以有效降低患儿并发症的发生率。

Perioperative nursing observation in treatment of preschool children with adenoid hypertrophy by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation

Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing in the treatment of preschool children with adenoid hypertrophy by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation. Methods A total of 88 children with adenoid hypertrophy treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were investigated. The perioperative nursing included the psychological nursing intervention for children and their families, intensive care of children's general care, close observation of perioperative datum indicators, nursing staff doing the children's diet nursing intervention, oral nursing intervention, and pain nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery and complications of the children were observed. Results The 88 children with adenoid hypertrophy were recovered well after the operation without any nursing complications. Conclusion The children with adenoid hypertrophy by using low temperature plasma radiofrequency therapy and nursing during the perioperative period can help these children successfully complete the surgery, and reduce clinical symptoms, pain and incidence rate of complications.
