2015—2017年南昌市手足口病疫情病原学分析

摘    要:目的 分析2015年至2017年南昌市手足口病原学构成,为手足口病疫情的防控提供科学依据。方法 利用商品化试剂对肠道病毒的PE、EV71、CoxA16等基因片段进行检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果 临床诊断为手足口病的实验室确诊病例3年分别为52.2%、59.9%、55.7%;EV71、CoxA16是手足口病的主要病原体,但PE阳性比重较大,3年分别达到45.9%、35.9%、58.5%;发病以3岁以下为主,发病年龄最小的10 d、最大40岁。结论 手足口病发病年龄以3岁以下为主,EV71、CoxA16是主要病原体。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the pathogenic composition of the patients with hand-foot-month disease (HFMD), so as to offer experimental evidence for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods By using the commercialized reagents, PE, EV71, CoxA16 and other gene fragments of enteroviruses were detected and the results were analyzed. Results The percentages of laboratory confirmed HFMD cases among the clinical diagnostic HFMD cases were 52.2%, 59.9%, and 55.7% respectively in the last three years. EV71 and CoxA16 were still the main pathogens of HFMD, but the proportions of PE positives were larger, with 45.9%, 35.9%, and 58.5% respectively during the three years. The HFMD patients were mainly children under 3 years old, and the minimum age of the child with HFMD was 10 days and the maximum age of the HFMD patient was 40 years. Conclusion The HFMD patients are mainly children under 3 years old and the main pathogens of HFMD are EV71 and CoxA16.
