骶骨肿瘤外科切除术中应用腹主动脉球囊导管低位阻断术的效果观察

目的:探讨骶骨肿瘤外科切除术中应用腹主动脉球囊导管低位阻断术的效果。方法:选取抚矿总医院骶骨肿瘤手术切除100例病例，随机等分为两组，术前分别给予A组球囊导管阻断术控制血流，B组动静脉置管麻醉，降低血压，观察术中出血量、输血量、手术时间，术中出血量与术后复发变化规律。结果:所选病例中A组术中出血量、术中输血量、手术时间均明显少于B组，有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；术中出血量A组小于2 500 ml病例肿瘤复发率低于B组大于2 500 ml病例，两者比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论:腹主动脉球囊导管低位阻断术在骶骨肿瘤切除术中可以获得满意效果。

Effect of low abdominal aortic balloon catheter blockage on surgical resection of sacral tumors

Objective:To investigate the effect of abdominal aorta balloon catheter low level occlusion in surgical resection of sacral tumors.Methods:In General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau,100 cases of sacral tumors were excised and divided into two groups randomly.Before operation,the blood flow was controlled by balloon catheter blocking in group A.Group B was anesthetized by arteriovenous catheterization to reduce blood pressure.The amount of bleeding,blood transfusion,operation time,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the regularity of postoperative recurrence were observed.Results:The amount of intraoperative bleeding,intraoperative blood transfusion and operation time of group A were significantly less than that in group B (P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate of intraoperative hemorrhage in group A less than 2 500 ml was lower than that in B group more than 2 500 ml,and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Low abdominal aortic balloon catheter occlusion can achieve satisfactory results in sacral tumor resection.
