张家港市小学生口腔健康教育干预效果评价

目的了解张家港市口腔健康教育项目实施前、后学生相关知识知晓率情况,评价实施效果,为进一步改进现有的健康教育模式与策略提供理论依据。方法采用由中华预防医学会全国儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目办提供的调查问卷,在所有开展儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目的学校中随机抽取6所学校作为口腔健康教育强化推广试点学校,由经过统一培训的专业人员对从中抽取的1 334名三年级学生进行调查。结果健康教育后,张家港市小学生口腔健康知识知晓率较健康教育前提高3.35%～34.37%。结论健康教育后,张家港市小学生口腔健康知识知晓率较健康教育前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。

Effect of oral health education intervention in primary school students in Zhangjiagang City

Objective To explore the oral health related knowledge awareness and evaluate the effect of health education intervention among primary school students in Zhangjiagang City, so as to provide the evidence for improving the further health education model and strategy. Methods The questionnaire provided by the comprehensive intervention projects for the national children's oral diseases affiliated with the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association was used for the investigation among more than 1 300 3rd-grade students from 6 schools randomly selected from all the schools carrying out the comprehensive intervention program for children's oral diseases by the cluster sampling method. Results After the health education, the awareness rate of oral health knowledge of the students was significantly higher than that before the healthy education, with an increase range of 3.35%-34.37%. Conclusion After the health education, the awareness rate of oral health knowledge increases significantly compared with that before the intervention among the primary school students in Zhangjiagang City, indicating the health education model is effective.
