芜湖市医学院校大学生急救知识与技能认知现状调查与分析

目的了解芜湖市医学院校学生对急救知识与技能的认知水平、培训现状、急救知识知晓途径、施救意愿及其影响因素等,为增强大学生急救知识和提高应急能力提供依据。方法通过多种途径学习和咨询,自主制定调查问卷,采用整群随机抽样对芜湖市2所医学院校部分在校学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果掌握心肺复苏术中按压部位的人数最多,占18.41%,其他急救知识中掌握本地急救电话人数最多,占33.89%;学生获取急救知识的主要途径是互联网;48.95%以上的同学愿意对别人施救;影响学生不愿意实施急救最主要的原因是害怕自身能力不足,占47.28%。结论芜湖市医学院校学生急救知识与技能掌握现状不佳,需大力提高其现场急救能力和加强技能培训。

Investigation of first aid knowledge popularization among medical college students in Wuhu City

Objective To understand the cognitive level, training condition, knowing route of first aid knowledge andskills, as well as the rescuing willingness and influencing factors among medical college students in Wuhu City, so as to provide the evidence for improving their first aid knowledge and emergency capabilities. Methods After the multiple channels of studying and consulting, a self-designedquestionnairewasmade. Then, through cluster random sampling, an anonymous survey was conducted among some students from twomedicalcollegesinWuhu City. Results The most people (18.41%) grasped the cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Among other other first aid knowledge, the students who grasped the local emergency telephone were the most (33.89%). The main way to obtain the first aid knowledge was Internet. Totally 48.95%of the students were willing to take first aid measures for others.The main obstacle to take first aid measures was the worry about lack of the first aid ability (47.28%). Conclusion The status of medical college students who grasp the first aid knowledge and skill is poor in Wuhu City, Therefore, the great efforts should be taken in strengthening the first aid skill training to improve their the firstaidcapabilities.
