摘    要:糖尿病黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)是黄斑中心一个视盘直径范围内的视网膜增厚,是糖尿病患者视力下降的常见原因。除控制血糖、血压、血脂来控制和预防DME的发生发展外,针对黄斑水肿的局部治疗至关重要。激光光凝是治疗DME的传统的标准方法,然而激光光凝提高视力的作用有限。新的治疗方法有玻璃体内注射抗血管内皮生长因子及玻璃体内激素植入物,可以提高患者视力,但其安全性和长期治疗效果目前正在进一步研究中。本文就DME治疗方法的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Diabetic macular edema (DME) refers to retinal thickening within one disc diameter of the macular fovea,and it is a main cause of vision loss in patients with diabetes.DME is a refractory and relapsing disease,In addition to controlling patients’ plasma glucose,blood pressure,plasma lipid levels to prevent the initiation and development of DME,the treatment of macular edema is crucial.Traditional treatments include laser photocoagulation and vitrectomy.The new therapy for DME,such as intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor or glucocorticoid,can improve patients’ vision,but its safety and effectiveness are still being investigated.This article will give a review on the research advances in the treatment of DME.
