摘    要:目的:在肿瘤学的临床教学中引入多学科综合治疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式,探讨其相对于传统教学模式的优势。方法:选取46名在肿瘤科实习的肿瘤学专业研究生、规范化培训学生或进修医生,随机分组后分别采取MDT教学模式和传统教学模式进行培养,待实习结束后对两种教学模式的教学质量和教学满意度进行比较。结果:MDT教学组无论理论课考试成绩还是临床综合能力成绩均明显高于传统教学对照组(P<0.05);MDT教学组的学生在提高临床思维能力、激发自身学习兴趣、增强自主学习能力、增加交流与合作能力、提高表达能力和加深知识的理解和记忆等方面的教学满意度也显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤学的临床教学中逐步推广MDT模式,可提高肿瘤学的教学质量和教学满意度。

Abstract:Objective:In order to introduce MDT model in the clinical teaching of oncology,and to explore its advantages over the traditional teaching mode.Methods:46 interns of the Oncology Departments were selected in the research,including graduate students majoring in oncology,standardized training students or further education doctors.After randomization,the MDT teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode were adopted respectively.When the internship finished,the teaching quality and the teaching satisfaction of the two teaching modes were compared.Results:Both the theoretical course scores and the clinical comprehensive ability scores in the MDT-teaching group were significantly higher than the traditional teaching control group (P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of students in the MDT-teaching group about improving clinical thinking ability,stimulating learning interest,enhancing the ability to learn independently,increasing communication and cooperation skills,and deepening knowledge memory with understanding was also significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The MDT model should be gradually promoted in the clinical teaching of oncology,thereby improving the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of oncology.
