摘    要:肺癌是目前世界上癌症相关性死亡的主要原因之一。其中最常见的类型为非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)。肺癌患者预后不佳,因此探索新型治疗方案对提高患者预后来说是非常必要的。据研究,共刺激分子B7-H3(CD276)在抗肿瘤免疫中起着重要的作用,而免疫系统的调节机制在抑制肿瘤微环境中的抗肿瘤T细胞介导的免疫反应中起着重要作用。本文阐述了B7-H3的作用机制及其在非小细胞肺癌微环境中表达的临床意义。

Abstract:Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death over the world.It is the second most diagnosed cancer in both men and women,behind prostate and breast cancer respectively,in which the most common type is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).The prognosis of patients diagnosed with lung cancer remains poor.Thus,it is highly desirable to develop more effective therapy strategies for patients.Several studies have shown that co-stimulatory molecule B7-H3 (CD276) plays an important role in anti-tumor immunity,and the immune checkpoint mechanism plays an important role in suppressing the anti-tumor T cell-mediated immune response in the tumor microenvironment.The current review will focus on the mechanism of B7-H3 and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer microenvironment.
