某高校应用新媒体管理干预PPD试验强阳性者的效果评价

目的 探讨某高校QQ、微信管理干预在PPD试验强阳性者中的应用效果。方法 对新发结核病人密接筛查PPD结果强阳性者,采用QQ、微信进行管理干预,观察干预后其接受预防性措施、相关知识知晓变化情况。结果 观察组强阳学生预防性服药依从性(53.7%)、接受定期胸片检查的人数(120)明显多于对照组(分别为27.0%和89人)(P<0.05);;观察组强阳学生TB病认知能力明显高于对照组t值为-17.182(P<0.05);观察组强阳学生的自我保健意识明显高于对照组t值为-8.239(P<0.05)。结论 对高校PPD强阳性者,进行QQ、微信管理干预,是提高校园结核病防控能力的有效方式和途径。

Evaluation of effect of new media management intervention on strong positive PPD test students in a university

Objective To explore the application effect of new media (QQ and Wechat) management intervention on strong positive PPD test students in a university. Methods QQ and Wechat were used to intervene in the management of those who were strongly positive in PPD test screening. The changes of preventive measures and knowledge were observed after the intervention. Results In the trial group, the rate of preventive medication compliance of the PPD strongly positive students was 53.7% and the number of students who received the regular chest X-ray examinations was 120, and both were significantly higher than those in the control group (27.0% and 89, respectively) (P<0.05). The cognitive ability of the PPD strongly positive students in the trial group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the self-care consciousness of the PPD strongly positive students in the trial group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion QQ and Wechat management intervention in PPD-positive college students is an effective way to improve the ability of tuberculosis prevention and control in a university.
