心理护理在妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用

目的探讨心理护理在妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年2月某医院收治的94例妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者,利用随机数表法分为2组,各47例。对照组采取常规护理,在此基础上,观察组采取心理护理,对比2组心理状态及护理满意度。结果护理后,2组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者采取心理护理可有效改善患者的心理状态,提升其护理满意度。

Application of psychological nursing in pregnancy patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods From March 2017 to February 2018, 94 pregnancy patients complicated with CHB were selected and divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. On the basis of routine nursing in the control group, psychological nursing was adopted in the observation group, and the psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased, and the scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05), and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the pregnant patients with CHB.
