儿童肥胖与龋齿关系的Meta分析

目的 探讨儿童肥胖与龋齿发生的关系。方法 采用Meta分析方法,计算机检索CNKI、CBM、维普、万方、Pubmed数据库等,收集从2005年至2017年公开发表的有关观察性研究,由2位研究者独立进行文献筛选、方法学质量评价和资料提取,应用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入7篇文献,有5 973名研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,肥胖组患龋率为64.03%,正常体质量组患龋率为69.96%,RR(95% CI)为0.91(0.79~1.04),2组患龋率差异无统计学意义。结论 现有证据显示,儿童肥胖与龋齿的发生可能无关。但由于纳入文献的方法学质量较低,本研究结果的可靠性尚需开展更多高质量、大样本的研究予以证实2者的关系。

Meta-analysis of relationship between childhood obesity and dental caries

Objective To assess the relationship between childhood obesity and dental caries. Methods The published studies on the relationship between childhood obesity and caries in the literature of the Chinese and English databases (CNKI, CBM, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed and others) were retrieved from 2005 to 2017. The endnote software was applied to select and sort the documents. The obtained literature was screened, the quality of methodology was evaluated, and the data were extracted by two independent researchers. The software package of Review Manager 5.2 (Cochrane Collaboration) was used for data analysis. Results Through the strict screening, the final 7 cross-sectional studies that met the inclusion criteria were included, and these studies included 5973 subjects. The results showed that the prevalence of dental caries was 64.03% in the obese group, and the prevalence of dental caries was 69.96% in the normal weight group (RR=0.91, 95%CI: 0.79-1.04), and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion These results confirm no association between childhood obesity and dental caries. However, because of the quality of methodology of the included studies is lower, so the reliability of this study needs to be confirmed by more high quality and large sample studies.
