2017—2018学年盱眙县中小学校学生因病缺课监测情况分析

目的分析盱眙县2017—2018学年中小学校学生因病缺课情况,为采取预防干预措施提供依据。方法收集2017—2018学年中小学校学生因病缺课监测数据,进行统计分析。结果 2017-2018学年中小学校学生因病缺课发生比例为14.16%;因病缺课率为0.10%;人均因病缺课天数为1.24 d;男生因病缺课率高于女生,差异有统计学意义。因病缺课多发于冬春季,最高峰出现在1月。缺课病因顺位前五位为:一般感冒、胃肠道疾病、意外伤害、水痘、气管炎(肺炎)。结论学校应该加强学生健康教育和安全教育,预防呼吸道传染病的传播,减少意外伤害的发生。

Analysis of monitoring data of primary and secondary school students' absence from school in Xuyi County during 2017-2018 academic year

Objective To analyze the monitoring data of primary and secondary school students' absence from school in Xuyi Country during 2017-2018 academic year, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the suitable control measures. Methods The data of primary and secondary school students' absence from school were collected and analyzed statistically during 2017-2018 academic year. Results The absence rate was 0.10%. The average days of absence was 1.24. The absence rate of the males was higher than that of the females, and the difference between two groups was significant. The absence occurred most frequently in winter and spring, and the peak month was January. The main reasons of student’s absence were common cold, gastrointestinal diseases, accidents, achicken pox, and tracheitis (pneumonia). Conclusion The school authority should strengthen the safe and health education in order to prevent the spread of respiratory infectious diseases and reduce the incidence of accidental injuries.
