摘    要:环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术是近年来发展迅速的一种敏感、特异、方便快捷的核酸扩增技术。与传统PCR方法相比,LAMP技术属于等温扩增,无需昂贵的热循环仪,并且由于LAMP反应中产生大量的副产物-白色焦磷酸镁沉淀,扩增产物可不经过电泳,无需开盖直接通过肉眼观察即可判定结果,在反应前、后加入染色剂效果更佳。LAMP技术敏感性高、特异性强、操作简便,能够满足现场和条件较差的基层实验室进行快速检测的需求。近年来LAMP技术在寄生虫感染检测中应用广泛,本文对其研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) is a sensitive,specific,convenient and rapid DNA amplification technique that has developed rapidly over the past few years.Unlike conventional PCR,LAMP is an isothermal amplification assay that does not require an expensive thermocycler.Moreover,the LAMP reaction produces a large amount of magnesium pyrophosphate,a white precipitate by-product,that makes results easier to judge with the naked eye.If dye is added before or after reaction,the results are readily v...
