粉叶地锦对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘    要:采用免疫器官称重法,溶血素形成、脾抗体分泌细胞及对ConA、LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应等实验方法(MTT法)观察粉叶地锦水提物对小鼠免疫功能的影响,并与绞股蓝水提物相比较。发现二者在等剂量时均可增加小鼠胸腺及脾脏的重量,并能提高溶血索形成及脾抗体分泌细胞的形成。体外实验亦证实二者对T、B淋巴细胞均有兴奋作用。提示粉叶地锦同绞股蓝一样均具有明显的免疫增强作用。

Abstract:By means of immune organ-weighing method, hemolysin formation test, spleen antibody-secreting cell formation test and the assay of the proliferative reactivity of the T and B lymphocyte induced by conA and LPS (MTT method), the effect of the water extract of parthonocissus thomsonii was studied and compared with that of Gynostemma pentaphylla. Experimental data showed that both of them at the same dosage could incease the weight of spleen and thymus gland, and enhance the hemolysin formation and spleen antibody-secreting cells formation in mice. In vitro, water extracts of Parthenocissus thomsonii and Gynostemma pentaphylla could stimulate the proliferative reactivity of the T and B lymphocytes induced by ConA and LPS.
