| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经电视腹腔镜残余胆囊再次手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析2003年8月～2005年2月完成的18例经腹腔镜残余胆囊再次手术的临床资料，初次手术为开腹胆囊切除术者15例，腹腔镜胆囊切除术3例。结果18例手术均获成功，平均手术时问130（45～210）min，术后平均住院天数3．5（3～4）d。无一例发生并发症。结论经电视腹腔镜行残余胆囊的再次手术是安全、有效、可行的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic resection for residual gallbladder. Methods 18 cases of residual gallbladder underwent laparoscopic resection between August 2003 and February 2005 were retrospectively reviewed. The primary cholecytectomy were done laparoscopically in 3 cases and conventionally in 15 cases. Results All cases succeeded without complication. The average operative duration was 130 minutes and average hospital stay was 3.5 days, Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of residual gallbladder is feasible, effective and safe. |
