药物流产联合清宫术治疗稽留流产32例

目的探索治疗稽留流产的最佳方法。方法64例稽留流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组采用药物流产法,观察组采用药物流产联合清宫术,比较两组疗效。结果观察组完全流产率(100%)明显高于对照组(75%,P<0.05),观察组出血量(33.5±12.2 ml)明显低于对照组(62.7±11.6 ml,P<0.01),观察组出血时间(2.6±0.9 d)明显低于对照组(5.4±1.1 d,P<0.01)。结论药物流产联合清宫术治疗稽留流产效果好,副作用少,出血量小。

Combination of drug-induced abortion and curettage for treatment of 32 cases of missed abortion

Objective To explore the preferred way for the treatment of missed abortion.Methods Sixty-four patients with missed abortion were divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases).Control group were treated with drug-induced abortion.Observation group were performed with combination of drug-induced abortion and curettage.Efficacy were compared in two groups.Results Ratio of complete abortion in observation group(100%) was obviously higher than that in control group(75%)(P<0.05).Blood loss in observation group(33.5±12.2 ml) was obviously lower than that in control group(62.7±11.6 ml)(P<0.05).Bleeding time in observation group(2.6±0.9 d)was obviously lower than that in control group(5.4±1.1 d)(P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of drug-induced abortion and curettage for treatment of missed abortion is effective and adverse effects are few and blood loss is little.
