益气活血法治疗儿童声带小结的机理探析

目的：探讨益气活血法治疗儿童声带小结的机理。方法：应用益气活血法治疗儿童声带小结58例（治疗组），同时与应用金嗓散结丸治疗儿童声带小结54例（对照组）进行对照，同时评价两组各自疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93．1％，对照组为72．2％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：儿童声带小结以正虚为本，邪实为标，病机是脏腑虚损加上气滞血瘀，治疗儿童声带小结必须重视辨证论治，标本兼顾。使用益气活血法进行治疗儿童声带小结有效而可行。

The Discussion of the Mechanism of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activation Therapy in Vocal Nodules of Children

Objective:To discuss the mechanismof Qi-invigorating and Blood-activation Therapyin vocal nodulesof children.Methods: Comparing the curative effect of two therapies in vocal nodulesof children: 52 cases in treatment group using Qi-invigorating and Blood-activation Therapy,44 cases in control group using Jinsangsanjiewanin vocal nodulesof children.Results:the total curative effective value of treatment group is 92.3%,comparing 86.3% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Vocal nodulesof children is caused by principal and secondary aspects,of which pathogenesisis functional degradation of internal viseral organsand stagnancy of qi and blood stasis,thus should conside TCM diagnosis and treatment in both principal and secondary aspects of this disease.Qi-invigorating and Blood-activation Therapyin vocal nodulesof children is effective and feasible.
