脑梗死复发的危险因素临床分析

目的探讨脑梗死复发的危险因素，为脑梗死防治提供理论依据。方法对60例复发性脑梗死患者及67例初发性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行统计学分析，应用多元Logistic回归分析各因素与脑梗死复发的相关性，用多元相关分析危险因素间的相关性。结果与初发组比较，复发组的吸烟史、糖尿病史、高血压史、高脂血症史、TIA史、房颤史的比例明显升高（P〈0．05）。Logistic回归分析显示，高血压史、糖尿病史、房颤史、TIA史是复发性脑梗死的主要危险因素，多元相关分析显示它们之间没有相关性。结论高血压史、糖尿病史、房颤史、TIA史是脑梗死复发的独立危险因素。避免和控制危险因素，提高综合防治水平，是减少脑梗死复发的关键。

Clinical analysis of risk factors for recurrent cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction, providing a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with recurrence of cerebral infarction （n=60） and patients with first cerebral infarction（n = 67） were statistically analyzed,and all risk factors were analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the proportions of smoking history, diabetes history, hypertensive disease history, hyperlipidemia history,TIA history, fibrillation atrial history were significantly higher in the recurrent group （P 〈 0.05）. The multivariable logistic re- gression analysis showed that the important risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction were hypertensive disease history, diabetes history, fibrillation atrial history,TIA history, but showed that they were not correlative between each other. Conclusion The independent risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction are the hypertensive disease history, diabetes history, fibrillation atrial history, TIA history. Avoiding and controlling risk factors and elevating integrated control are the key point to reduce recurrence of cerebral infarction.
