脉诊信息影响因素及处理方法的研究

摘    要:目的研究正常呼吸、说话、咳嗽、肢体运动及外界环境等因素对脉诊信息的影响,并寻求排除上述影响因素干扰的数据处理方法。方法分别在安静自然呼吸状态,以及说话、轻微咳嗽、上肢有规律上举和听快节奏音乐时记录12名正常人脉搏波,观察人体在不同影响因素下的脉搏波变化。数据处理时采用离散余弦变换(DCT)方法将上诉影响因素所造成的低频信号过滤,然后进行反OCT变换将数据还原,以达到数据预处理的目的。结果说话、咳嗽、肢体运动及外界环境等因素对脉诊信息的影响非常显著,其中以咳嗽最为显著,说话、运动次之,呼吸的影响是最有规律并且在采集过程中不能避免的。通过DCT处理后的数据可以在一定程度上排除上述干扰,为脉诊信息的采集和分析提供稳定性保障。结论脉诊信息受到诸多外界因素的影响,DCT变换可以部分解决这一问题。
