正交试验优选苦参生物碱提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选苦参中生物碱的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,以苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱提取总量为考察指标。结果最佳提取工艺条件是:以60%乙醇为溶媒,加醇量为12、10、10倍,提取3次,每次2h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行,适合工业大生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Sophora alkaloids in Sophora flavescens Ait.by orthogonal design.Methods The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design and the extraction quantity of matrine and oxymatrine was regarded as the investigated index.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:refluxing herbs for 3 times with 12,10,10 times of 60% alcohol,two hours for each time.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and suitable for industrial manufacture.
