安脑平冲汤对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿及水通道蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察安脑平冲汤对脑组织含水量和水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)表达的影响。方法将sD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组和造模组。以IV型胶原酶注射法建立大鼠脑出血模型,造模成功后分为模型组和治疗组,治疗组予安脑平冲汤灌胃,其他组予蒸馏水灌胃,每日2次,共5d。假手术组、模型组和治疗组按12、24、48、72、120h5个时间点分为5个亚组,每个亚组各6只用来测定脑含水量,另选96只大鼠采用同样的分组方法检测AQP-4的表达。结果与模型组比较,治疗组各时间点脑组织含水量下降(尸〈0.05);AQP-4表达在24~120h时间点减低(P〈0.05),12h时差异不明显(P〉0.05)。结论安脑平冲汤可以在一定程度上减少AQP-4的表达,从而减轻脑出血后脑水肿。

Abstract:Objectives To observe the effect of Annaopingchong tang on brain water content and aquaporin-4 (AQP-4) in the perhematoma after intracerebaral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. Methods Ninty-six male rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group and operation group. Cerebral hemorrhage model in rats was established by local injection of type 1V collagenase. The operation group was divided into model group and treated group according to nervous function score. The sham operation group, model group and treated group was divided to 12, 24, 48, 72, 120 h sub-group respectively. The brain water content and the expression of AQP-4 was observed after intracerebral hemorrhage. Results Compared with ICH model group, the brain water content was reduced, the expression of AQP-4 in treatment group was reduced at the range of 24~120 h and there were no difference at 12 h. Conclusion Annaopingchong tang can reduce the expression of AQP-4 and relieve brain edema in ICH rats.
