| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同灸量隔姜灸对急性高血脂状态大鼠的调节效应差异及量效特征。方法将72只sD雄性成年大鼠随机分为正常空白组、模型对照组、洛伐他汀治疗组、隔姜灸3壮组、隔姜灸6壮组、隔姜灸9壮组,每组12只。除正常空白组外,其他组腹腔注射75％的蛋黄乳液建立急性高脂血症模型,并给予相应处理。治疗3次后取血清,生化比色法测定血清胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）。结果各治疗组均可显著升高HDL-C、降低LDL-C和Tc水平,尽管隔姜灸各组之间没有显著差异,但是3壮组对于升高HDL—C有一定优势,而9壮组对于降低TC和LDL-C有一定优势。隔姜灸均降低了TG的水平,但没有统计学意义。结论隔姜灸对高血脂状态有良性调节作用,不同壮数对于不同指标的调节效应不同。
