| 摘 要： | 目的优选青天葵中总游离氨基酸的最佳提取工艺。方法以青天葵中总游离氨基酸提取率为考察指标，在对提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数及料液比进行单因素考察的基础上，采用正交试验设计对工艺参数进行优选，并进行验证试验。结果最佳提取工艺为：料液比为1：20，水浴40℃下浸提1．0h。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定、可行。
