摘    要:关节软骨损伤的修复,一直是医学界及运动损伤领域所关注的问题.随着分子生物技术的应用和发展,生长因子在关节软骨损伤中的作用显得尤为重要.文章通过分析关节软骨损伤修复难的原因,阐述众多生长因子中转化生长因子β1与骨形态发生蛋白2对关节软骨损伤修复的作用及机制,并对存在的问题进行了归纳,为今后的实验研究提供重要的参考依据.

Abstract:Repair of articular cartilage injury has always been a focus of medical study and sports injury study.With the application and development of molecular biotechnology,the role of growth factor has become more and more important in articular cartilage injury.This paper analyzes the difficulties in repairing articular cartilage injury.discusses the effect of transforming growth factor β1 and bone morphogenetic protein-2 on it as well as the mechanism under its repainng,and summanzes the existing problems.it can provide important data for future research.
