牙髓塑化治疗后根管再通的实验研究

目的：探讨先锋锉和酚克除再通塑化治疗后根管的能力。方法：80颗离体下颌第1恒磨牙，选取近中根管作为研究对象，经FR酚醛树脂塑化后随机分成4组进行根管再通，每组40个根管。A组：K锉去除根管内塑化物；B组：K锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物；C组：先锋锉去除根管内塑化物；D组：先锋锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物。记录根管通畅的个数、操作时间、根管偏移或侧穿、器械折断等情况。结果：先锋锉去除根管内塑化物的能力明显优于K锉；先锋锉辅助酚克除，再通根管的效果最好，95％的塑化根管能被疏通。结论：先锋锉和酚克除能有效地去除根管内塑化物，疏通根管，提高根管再通的成功率。

Experimental Study of Negotiating the Retreatment of Canal Obturated with Resinifying Agent
