影响授课效果的多因素分析研究

摘    要:为了提高教师授课质量,我院于每学期开学前组织教师进行授课试讲活动。本文对其中一次全院副高职称教师参加的授课评估活动进行总结,对影响授课效果的多因素进行分析,研究不同年龄、职称、性别、学历、专业等因素对教师授课效果的影响。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of teaching in our hospital, we organized trial teaching before the beginning of each term. In this article, we summarized the assessment of teaching quality of the associate professors in our hospital, and discussed multiple factors, including age, academic title, sex, academic degree and specialty, that may affect teaching quality.
