| 摘 要： | 目的 对超声子宫输卵管造影及宫-腹腔镜检查结果 进行对照分析,评价超声子宫输卵管造影联合宫-腹腔镜检查诊断女性不孕的价值。方法 选择104例临床诊断不孕症的患者,先后行超声子宫输卵管造影和宫-腹腔镜联合检查,对其结果 进行回顾性分析。结果 两种方法 诊断子宫-宫颈性不孕症的总符合率为82.0%,不符合率为18.0%,诊断输卵管性不孕的总符合率为88.1%,不符合率为11.9%。结论 超声子宫输卵管造影术联合宫-腹腔镜检查是诊断女性不孕的最佳方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate hysterosalpingography by ultrasonic combined with hysteroscopy -laparoscopy in diagnosing female infertility. Methods One hundred and four female infertile patients by clinical diagnosis were given hysterosalpingography by ultrasonic and hysteroscopy -laparoscopy, and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total diagnostic coincidence rate of the two methods in diagnosing ute- rus - cervix infertility was 82.0% , while the coincidence rate of the two methods in diagnosing tubal infertility was 88.1%. Conclusion hysterosalpingography by ultrasonic with hysteroscopy - laparoscopy is an optimal method in diagnosing female infertility at present. |
