原发性开角型青光眼眼底荧光血管造影临床分析

目的 :探讨原发性开角型青光眼患者视盘血供情况。方法 :分析 63例原发性开角型青光眼患者眼底荧光血管造影的结果 ,并排除了高血压、糖尿病及其它心脑血管性疾病的因素影响。结果 :63例眼底荧光血管造影均显示早期视盘荧光充盈不全或低荧光状态 ,臂 -视网膜循环时间 >15″者 17例 ,晚期视盘持续性低荧光者 15例 ,以颞上、下方明显 ,荧光充盈不均者 2 3例 ,强荧光者 2 4例 ,63例中央视杯底部或盘缘可见荧光渗漏现象 ,盘缘见条状或斑片状出血致遮蔽荧光者 9例 ,盘周萎缩灶 8例 ,C/D值 >0 6者 2 4例 ,双眼C/D比值差 >0 2者 5例。结论 :眼底荧光血管造影结果对揭示慢性单纯性青光眼视盘缺血的存在 ,指导临床治疗防治青光眼视神经病变具有重要的意义。

Clinical analysis of fundus fluorescein angiography of primary glaucoma

Objective:To investigate the blood supply of optic disc in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA). Methods:The results of FFA from 63 cases of POAG were analyzed,in which the influence of the High blood pressure,diabetes and other system disease was excluded. Results:On FFA,low or part filling of fluorescence was shown in all 63 cases, lasting low fuorescence at terminal time in 15 cases,23 cases without fluorescein filling equably,thick fluorescein filling in 24 cases,and fluorescein leakage at rim or bottom of the disc in 63 cases.17 cases revealed more than 15 seconds arm-retina circulation time,which was obvious in superotemporal and inferotemporal sides.There were 9 cases that had retinal bleeding and fluorescein cover at rim,and 8 cases wither around disc.In 5 cases the C/D difference between two eyes was more than 0.2. Conclusions:FFA is an important way to evaluate the blood provision of the disc in glaucoma.
