灾害疫情、突发卫生事件信息管理系统的实现与应用

摘    要:目的 为确保以最快的方式,将灾区的疫情准确、及时地上报各级卫生行政部门和防疫机构,开发本系统。方法 该系统采用了网络技术、数据库技术、语音技术和相关的流行病学分析方法。结果 系统成功研制并进行试点,达到预期目标。结论 该系统的应用将极大地提高灾害疫情、突发卫生事件上报和信息管理的工作效率,具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:Objective In order to report the epidemic situation in disaster areas to the superior health administration department or the epidemic prevention station accurately and timely, we exploited this data management system.Method The system use the net technology, database technology, speech technology and relative epidemiological analysis method.The article expounds all the technologies about the system' s developing tools, design methods, data flow and the course of accomplishment. Comparison between normal reporting of epidemic situation in disaster and emergency areas, as well as the selection of database and prospects of reporting epidemic diseases in disaster and emergency situation in China are discussed.Result the system has already been finished and tested, and the results are satisfying.Conclusion The application of the system will largely raise the working efficiency of collecting and managing the data from the disaster areas or from the event of emergent health.This system will own a good prospect.
