评估人工髋关节置换术的手术室护理价值

目的:对于人工髋关节置换手术中手术室的护理价值进行探讨分析.方法:选取我院2017年6月-2018年11月收治的120例人工髋关节置换手术患者,采用随机分配的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,对观察组患者在常规护理模式上,加强手术室护理,对照组采取常规护理模式.对2组患者在术后的并发症、以及满意度进行对比.结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组P<0.05,观察组患者在术后的总满意率远远高于对照组P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:对人工髋关节置换手术患者加强手术室护理,不但能加强患者的身体恢复,降低患者的并发症发病率,还能提高患者对医护人员的满意度.

Evaluation on operating room nursing value of artificial hip replacement

Objective:To explore and analyze the nursing value of operating room in artificial hip replacement surgery.Methods:120 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group.In terms of conventional nursing mode,operating room nursing was strengthened in the observation group,while conventional nursing mode was adopted in the control group.The postoperative complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative total satisfaction rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:enhanced operating room nursing for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty could not on-ly strengthen the patients'physical recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve the patients'satisfaction with the medical staff.
