老年髋部骨折患者围术期护理要点

目的:探讨老年髋部骨折围术期护理要点.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年11月期间我科室收治的62例老年髋部骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组在围术期采取一般性护理,观察组采取综合护理,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者护理前后心理状态,舒适状况量表(GCQ)评价舒适度,并记录2组并发症及护理满意度.结果:经护理干预后观察组患者的心理状态以及舒适度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为16.1%,观察组为3.2%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度为77.4%,观察组为96.7%,组间差异显著(P<0.05).结论:老年髋部骨折患者临床治疗中在围术期采取心理护理、健康教育等综合模式可优化手术效果,改善患者生活质量.

Perioperative nursing points of elderly patients with hip fracture

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing points of senile hip fracture.Methods:between January 2017 and Novem-ber 2018 I department admitted during the period of 62 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture line of artificial femoral head replacement as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group general in perioperative care,obser-vation group adopt comprehensive care,self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)evaluation of psychological status before and after patient care,comfortable situation scale(GCQ)evaluation of comfort,and record two groups of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results:after nursing intervention,the psychological state and comfort level of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 16.1%in the control group and 3.2%in the observation group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 77.4%in the control group and 96.7%in the ob-servation group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture,comprehensive modes of psychological nursing and health education during perioperative period could optimize the operation effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
