| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻骨骨折手法复位术后临床护理要点,为后续临床护理提供方法参考。方法:2018年1月-12月期间我院收治的鼻骨骨折患者23例,所有患者均采取手法复位术治疗,术后给予心理护理,对症护理等综合护理措施,分析护理效果。结果:术后1例感染,并发症发生率为4.3%,患者恢复良好,顺利出院,护理满意度为95.6%。结论:鼻骨骨折术后采取综合护理干预措施可提高治疗效果,获得患者一致认可。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical nursing points of nasal bone fracture after manual reduction,and to provide method reference for follow-up clinical nursing.Methods:from January to December 2018,23 patients with nasal bone fracture were admitted to our hospital.All patienis were treated with manual reduction,and were given psychological care after surgery,symptomatic care and other comprehensive nursing measures to analyze the nursing effect.Results:one case was infected after operation,the complication rate was 4.3%,the patient recovered well,discharged smoothly,the nursing satisfaction was 95.6%.Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention after nasal bone fracture could improve the treatment effect,and get the unanimous approval of patients. |
